Shipping Policy

Standard Processing time for all orders is 3 business days. If your order is placed before 2pm Mountain standard time, it will be processed the same day. Business days are Monday-Friday excluding weekends & holidays.

For prom, pageant, and all other special occasion dresses

Standard shipping including processing time is 8-10 business days and is also depending on availability. ​

We only accept orders from and ship to within the US including Puerto Rico, Hawaii and Alaska.

Return & Exchange Policy

We hope that our customers love their dresses

But for whatever reason you are unsatisfied with your dress we now accept returns:

All refunds must be issued back to the credit card that was used. No cash refunds will be given.

All returns will be accessed a $35.00 re-stock fee 

We will gladly accept returns if you call us within 2 days of receiving the dress and get a

Return Authorization Number. (RA#)

If your item is damaged, please call (713) 955-1436  or email:support@blushformalz.com within 24 hours of receiving the item for a RA # so we can get you a replacement dress immediately.

The dress must be returned unworn and in original packaging and with all tags. If the dress returned has been worn or has no tags and has no RA # we will issue an in-store credit minus a $35.00 re-stock fee 

We value our customers and want your experience to a fabulous one.

Our Guarantee!! WE inspect all dresses from our designers, we inspect the dress to be sure it is exactly as ordered and free from defects. If defects are found, we will contact the designer for a replacement. Before it gets to you! If a defect makes it past our inspection processes, it can be returned for replacement or refund. If the dress is somehow damaged during shipment, we will get you a replacement dress shipped with expedited shipping at our expense. ​

All orders will have a confirmation email stating that we have processed your order and a second email with a order tracking number when the items are shipped from our store.
